A mix-use development, consisting of 42,000 sq. ft. of leasable space on two floors. The building was designed with retail storefronts on 1st floor and offices on 2nd floor. The 2nd floor offices have a separate entrance in the rear. Phase I of project was complete March 2007 with the final phase schedule to be complete September 2012 with total construction cost of $10,000,000.
