SRR & Associates, PC served as a consultant on the adaptive reuse of the historic St. Elmo Elementary School. The school and surrounding property was transformed into 50 units of affordable elderly housing. The project consist of the renovation of the existing school building into 34 units and the construction of 8 duplexes. The total construction cost was $5,233,000.
