S. Reginald Ruff, III, President
As President of SRR & Associates, PC, Mr. Ruff is responsible for overall marketing and management of the corporation. This responsibility encompasses defining and developing new business opportunities for the corporation and serving as Project Manager on the firm's ongoing projects.
Mr. Ruff earned a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville in 1977. He is a Registered Architect in the State of Tennessee, Maryland, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Ruff also has an NCARB Registration. He has attended seminars at Harvard University in Understanding Development for Architects, Real Estate Development and Management of Design and Planning Firms, and The Affordable Housing Institute. He has also attended seminars in Strategy Planning and Marketing, Expanding the Architect's Role in Affordable Housing and The Marketing Process.
Mr. Ruff is a member of the American Institute of Architects. He also serve on several non-profit organizations boards; Minority Economic Development Inc., and Chattanooga Construction Industry. Mr. Ruff is a past member of the Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise, The TICEP Foundation, Henry Branch YMCA, Chattanooga-Hamilton County Planning Commission, and Boy Scouts. Mr. Ruff is currently serving as a Board Member on the University of Tennessee School of Architecture Advisory Board, Grace Outreach Development Corporation and MED Week.
